The exit exam for computer science is either a project or a thesis. To remedy this we also request to create a CS 603 (1-9) credits.
Describe the reasons for making this change:
There was never an intention to have a practicum as the exit exam.

How and when will the effectiveness of these changes be determined?
We have not, to date, accepted a practicum as meeting the exit criteria and we would not choose to do so in the future. Since there is no change it will be difficult to determine efectiveness.
