Describe the proposed degree program change(s) in terms of how the changes differ from the program as currently approved and published in the latest WOU catalog (specify the latest catalog date).
The Music Department wishes to enact the following: "All coursework in the major must result in a grade of C or better to be counted towards the degree."

Describe the reasons for making this change:
Currently the catalog says "C-". We changed this several years ago but somehow that change has fallen by the wayside and we want to make sure the next catalog is correct.
