Add these approved electives for the 30-hour elective block in the BM degree:
MUS 318 Contemporary Composition Techniques
MUS 471 The Great American Songbook
MUS 472 Songwriting
MUE 452 Brass Techniques
]MUE 453 Percussion Techniques
MUE 454 String Techniques
These are courses currently offered on an alternate-year basis which allow students to gain knowledge and skills in topics related to their areas of interest and focus.
