Program Title: Modern Languages

Describe the proposed degree program change(s) in terms of how the changes differ from the program as currently approved and published in the latest WOU catalog (specify the latest catalog date).
In order to satisfy the BA language requirement the student must receive a grade of C- or better in the third term of second year (203). If the grade is lower than C-, the student can meet the requirement by passing a WOU approved proficiency examination. The Oregon Transfer Module requires that all OTM courses receive a C- or better; this proposal will align our requirements with those of the statewide OTM.
