Current Course Description:
Development of pedagogical content knowledge in science through the exploration of trends, environmental education, issues, materials, technology and resources in science education appropriate for elementary level. Includes planning, assessment, and instructional strategies related to specific scientific content in state and national science standards, scientific processes as well as children's learning of science. Prerequisites: Grade of C or better in GS 325; PSY 218

Prerequisites: Grade of C or better in GS 325.

Justification for changing the course (e.g. alignment with other institutions, program revision, etc.):
Our initial inclusion of PSY 218 as a prerequisite in the course description was an unintended oversight and unnecessary for students taking this course.

This course has yet to be offered. No programs affected.
