Justification for changing the course (e.g. alignment with other institutions, program revision, etc.): All we need to do is eliminate PSY 218 as the prerequisite. PSY 218 is not required for secondary students so the prerequisite should be eliminated. Dr. Winningham, chair of Psychology, and Dr. Girod, chair of Teacher Education have discussed this and both agree that it is the appropriate thing to do. |
