Current Course Description:
A study of the ways that the physiology of the body is related to behavior. Subtopics may include sleep and dreaming, learning and memory, pain, sexual behavior, disordered emotional states and psychopharmacologic agents. Prerequisites: PSY 201 and PSY 202 or equivalent

A study of the ways that the physiology of the brain and body are related to behavior. Subtopics may include sleep and dreaming, learning and memory, pain, sexual behavior, disordered emotional states and psychopharmacologic agents. Prerequisites: PSY 201 and PSY 202 or equivalent

Justification for changing the course (e.g. alignment with other institutions, program revision, etc.):
Alignment with other institutions (Biopsychology is an antiquated title). More appropriate description.
Students/Program affected:
Primarily Psychology. Biology and Nursing students also take the course from time to time.
