Justification for changing the course (e.g. alignment with other institutions, program revision, etc.): As coordinator for some of the lower level classes in the Mathematics Department, the Course Catalog descriptions did not appear to match what is actually taught in the course. The new proposed description accurately matches what is taught in the course. |
Students/Program affected: Anyone who takes MTH 111; Most important for determining transfer of credits and equivalent prerequisites from other institutions. |
