Justification for changing the course (e.g. alignment with other institutions, program revision, etc.): Students who plan on becoming ASL teachers must have near native fluency in ASL. Therefore, we are proposing that students who elect to take the teaching ASL series must complete ASL 303, INT 353 and ASL 425 with a B or better and this is prerequisite to taking ASL 430: Methodology and Curriculum . |
