Justification for changing the course (e.g. alignment with other institutions, program revision, etc.): This is an elective Writing Intensive course. It is a popular course, and it fills completely every time it is taught. However, because of the time intensity involved in the course, we've always had to limit the seats. With moving to four credits, we may be able to open up a few more seats for additional interested students. Also, it will allow for additional assignments throughout the class. |
