Justification for changing the course (e.g. alignment with other institutions, program revision, etc.): This course, a required component of the Human Biology minor (i.e., Bi 441), will be moved from winter to spring term and offered every year to better accommodate the growing demand for this course in the minor as well as minimize scheduling and facilities conflicts with other biology courses. Likewise, the increased availability of Bi 541 should benefit graduate students seeking credits in the Biology or Life Sciences option in the MS in Education. |
