Justification for changing the course (e.g. alignment with other institutions, program revision, etc.): This course was mistakenly sent through as a 1-credit course. Students are required to be enrolled in 3 credits of CSE 699 in order to remain in compliance with immigration rules. This Course Change corrects the credits to make it a 3-credit course.

Students/Program affected: International graduate students who have completed all program coursework and have only their exit requirements remaining.
