Michael called again. This issue is in need of 
fixing (at least temporarily) NOW. Julie has work 
that MUST be done today and is calling him 
frequently to see what's going on. This is a high 
priority issue per Michael Ellis.

occured before. This is a critical workstation so 
needs to be working consistantly.
