I let her know that she needs to order a new
keyboard and mouse if she wants to use an ergo
keyboard and trackball. The e-mail icon issue was
self resolved.

She has an ergonomic keyboard and trackball that 
use PS2 rather than USB. She needs to have these 
things hooked up.
