Here's a few options for you:
 
1.  If you're using Internet Explorer, try Firefox
(www.getfirefox.com)
 
2.  You can also switch to the full version of
Outlook.  I do this at work and use the web
version only when I have to (I don't like it very
much).
 
 
please let me know if you'd like to use outlook. 
I can set that up remotely whenever you're ready.

regular email gets subject line and info but has 
consistent problem with opening with a message 
that says UNDEFINED, no other message.  Does not 
get the problem when accessing remotely from 
home.  This problem has been having this problem 
a lot.
