I tried to call her. She works from 9am-1pm.

She gets a message saying that 
sundown.wou.edu:81... does not exist. She had 
Star Office installed yesterday so she could view 
an application, but this message came up when she 
tried to view it today. It was an application 
that was done online and she has been 
unsuccessful in opening the file at all.
