Called in to say he's in his office all day today 
(1-17-05) and would like someone to come in to 
work on the problem. I told him we can't promise 
that someone will be there at a specific time. He 
said he hasn't had email for about a week and 
wants this fixed.

he would like an appointment on tuesday, I 
explained that we cannot make appointments.  He 
will be in around 7am and has class from noon-1, 
but should be in his office most of the rest of 
the day.  He would like this done faster, he has 
email he needs to get so he can communicate with 
students

he has been to account lookup, however the 
problems that he is having seems to be more than 
just password problems.  He has multiple e-mail 
icons on his desktop and he states that they have 
been "flip flopped."  I asked him multiple 
questions trying to get to the root of the 
problem, however he was unable to answer most of 
them.
