Called and let her know that the computer
(20030709) has a problem with the mother board,
appears to be a BIOS problem, won't boot. Let her
know it might be a while before she gets her
computer back.

not know that someone came in and worked on it. 
She said that it is not working at all still. Not 
turning on. She said she was gone during the 
migration time and that could be why her computer 
is not working.
