Dr. Minahan logged into the laptop and added Mark 
as a user. Problem resolved.

Brian was helping Mark Weiss and Mark has Dr. 
Minahan's laptop to work on as a temp substitute 
while Mark's computer is being worked on, but it 
is locked out and need administrator password or 
for Dr. Minehan to log in to get it working.
