She says it has the Same problem as before, 
computer crashes and locks up.

Repaired files and ran file system check. It's
running smoothly now. Returned to Cheryl.

She cannot open Indesign and if it does open it 
shuts itself off.  The problems that were fixed 
before are still giving her the same trouble, and 
she said that she cannot do anything she needs to 
without the Indesign working.

She is still having the same issues. When more 
than one app is running it freezes.

she needs this as soon as possible because she 
needs her computer.  She said that someone can 
come in any time even if she is not there.
