none had the extention, that she said would happen.

doesn't seem to a problem anymore she did a reboot
afterwards and hasn't seen it since, had a couple
other questions about a file extention on E-mail
attachments for pictures. she will send me an
Email from both applications to see if it is just
outlook or not

She just called and said that she got on but it 
took her 4 times to do so.  If you get a chance 
she said that maybe someone could still call her 
because it might happen again.  Thanks
