She needs the all user-primary/default set up 
connected to the regmain printer, instead of 
regvault. She also needs an Icon on the desktop 
which leads to banner. Also, when she tried 
logging into banner by typing into the website 
sis link, she received the error: frm 9130 
registery is either missing or contains an 
invalid entry for dispatcher, full detail frm 
92030 internal error failed to find name of class 
for handle class id = 1. missing in registry.

they tried to access banner by typiug in the 
page, but banner isn't set up.  also needs 
printers: W_regimain (default), w_regcounter, 
w_regvault, w_regback
