sent her an email to check the size of
attachments.  I mentioned that larger attachments
get filtered out and that if it is work related
her filter can be increased but that she needs to
call about it.

She has been able, in the past, to send 
attatchments with emails, but now they don't 
always go through. It happens intermitently, but 
she can't find a pattern or anything.
