at the "freezing station" so far nothing to see 
it crash...

was called to her location and I am at the 
station now, on her machine it kept going into 
advanced explorer mode with more fancy Icons, 
you get this when you hit F11, she wasn't full 
retracting the keyboard from hitting the edge of 
the desk.... running a scan now on her machine I 
expect nothing to come out of it.

She called, this machine is still having problems,
freezes at random but often. They cannot get much
work done on it.

She says we replaced the keyboard but it still 
freezes, it has happened 2 or 3 times since the 
last repair.
