She had some other text documents that word didn't
recognize but was able to open. She also says that
she doesn't have some older emails, but she fine
with that. If she decides she wants them back
she'll call.

She called back and I told her that you said you 
would call her.  The extension you can reach her 
at is 88743 and she teaches in Todd 109.  That is 
where she will be all day. Thanks

i logged into her machine remotely and was able to
access e-mail and files. I'll call her and see if
I can figure out her exact issue.
