She no longer has the file, edit, view... toolbar 
when she opens her internet browser. She is also 
missing the search option, but the address bar is 
still there.  The only way I could find to get 
these back was under "view", but she doesn't have 
that option.  She was also wondering if some one 
could bring some canned air to clean out her 
keyboard.
