It looks like the problem was specific to IE. I
set her up on firefox since she doesn't use banner
at all.

She has tried sending email attachments and they 
attach but do not send.  The reciever recieves an 
eamil but without the attachments.  The 
attachment is only a page long, so not likely to 
be oversize.  Please check this out, they need it 
fixed soon as she has to send the documents out 
before an upcoming conference
