I called and she said that it seemed to be working
now. I think it could have been in sleep mode or
something like that.

She said that it will not turn on. SHe tried 
charging it, but that was not the problem she 
said. She will be back after 1pm today. She 
thinks it was Bryon who helped her with setting 
up the laptop. Thanks
