seen any problems with it as of yet.

13404 is the last task that was created about 
this problem.  She is saying that the computer 
currently is exhibiting the same problems that it 
did before the last time that it stopped booting 
up.

The original task was not correct at all.  She is 
not having e-mail problems she is having problems 
with her computer locking up.  The last couple of 
times her computer has done this eventually it 
has stopped booting up.  This time she wanted us 
to take a look before it got to that stage.

I have picked up the lap top.  She said that this 
is the third time that she has had to send it in 
for the same problem.

sick today. For some reason or another she 
thought that somone was going to pick up Cheryl's 
laptop today. I said I would make a note that she 
had called about it.

She does not have administrative access and can 
not change the mail server, she says that it is 
using smt.mac.com
