This ticket was marked as completed but she just 
called in and said the problem still exists. She 
said before she could sometimes get attachments 
through, but now they never do. She says it's a 
machine problem and she knows the proper 
procedure, it's just not working. She said Frank 
called to give her the steps to adding 
attachments and that she knows how to do this, 
but the system isn't working.

called and left a step by step message on the 
attach window.  It is unclear by the memo if she 
was actually clicking the attach button on the 
bottom right of the attach window.  I instructed 
her to give us a call if she had any further 
problems.
