Correction: She said that she was talking to 
Travis and he said if he couldn't get to it that 
Joe could help her. I'm placing this in Travis' 
queue for this reason.

The Palm Pilot is working fine in all ways except 
for synching. Just won't do it. Travis said to 
ask for Joe.

the WOU number listed is for her computer.
