There are two computers in WH 101, and the scanner
was hooked up to the wrong one. The computer it
was connected to didn't have the software, and the
other did. So I connected it to the correct one.

It is located in West House 101 (both the scanner 
and computer). She said the scanner was put in 
recently, but not the software for it.
