Joe put her in the list, she has access now. 
Called her back and she tried it, all is good!

She can see an icon for the I: but is unable to
open it and cannot look at any properties, "access
is denied"

we disconnected all her drives, logged off and
logged back in, still not accessible

She is able to see and open all the drives 
under "my computer", except the I drive. The 
message above is the message it gives every time 
she tries.
