fixed it.  changed monitor settings, works fine. 
I also showed him how to use print screen effectively

tried changing monitor settings...  didn't seemto 
work.  he's going to try another monitor setting

on his computer in his office, the pictures are 
much larger and he cannot edit the size or even X 
out what he is looking at. He said that it could 
probably be fixed over the phone so you should 
call him first at the above ext. Thanks
