From her description over the phone it sounded
like it was just running very slowly. She said the
applications take a horendously long time to open
and sometimes she restarts the computer it takes
so long. Cleaned out the temp files etc. Thats
about all I can think to do, since there doesn't
appear to be anything wrong hardware or software wise.

she says she has to try it 3-4 times before it
opens and then it doesn't work for very long. 
This is causing a stoppage in her work, she would
like this taken care of soon.  She says she has
called twice before for this PC and both times
nothing has been done but she calls back and we
have no record of the task.
