This issue is a mystery as some users can and 
some cannot.  Suggest they restart the computer 
and try again.

Rick, Can you verify that you cannot print to the
color printer from the machine (wou# below).  The
color printer itself is fine.  Those machines
(Michelle Burke can point out the others) may just
need to be reghosted.

I reopened this because they called back and said 
that this printer is still not printing 
correctly. It will not print for a section of 
four computers. The WOU#20020574[Edit Inv] is one of those 
computers in the library that it won't print from.

Student worker Janet called, When sending jobs to
this printer they get the above error message.
