James Varieur	Feb 06, 2006 05:25 PM	Doris called back saying she was called and the tech wanted to know if something said raptor on the front of her computer or not. She obviously didn't know what was expected from her and she was calling back hoping I would know. She did not know who left the message or what it was about. Called tech phone but no answer. James Varieur	Feb 06, 2006 03:17 PM	when she clicks on print nothing happens. The printer does recieve jobs from other machines . The computer and printer are both in Room 120. The printer did not have a wou number.	Add Attachment
