Called to let her know the problem should be
resolved (per Travis). No answer, left her a
voicemail asking her to call back in and let us
know if it worked.

When she tries to use the back button on her
browser it gives her a "server error" message.
"Encountered an internal error which caused it to
fail in processing your request. This is most
likely caused by misconfiguration. Please ask your
administrator to look for errors in the server log."

She can log into the Sun email client, but when
she clicks on "address book" it gives her the page
can not be displayed error.
