Hi Prof Braa,

Without knowning more detail, I may be on the
wrong track...please let me know if the following
does not apply to you...

Are you going to your address book, checking one
or more names then selecting "Send Email"?

I've just now (today) seen this behavior. It has
been submitted to Sun as a bug. Once they release
a patch, we'll apply it to resolve this behavior.

In the meantime, here's how to do what you'd like.

1 Login to Communications Express (the email
program).
2 Press Compose (this will popup a compose window)
3 Press the "to" button (in the compose window)
4 This will take you to your address book to
select names or groups. Check the boxes you wish.
5 Once you have you selection, press "Add recipients"

Your message is now addressed and ready for you to
type.
