The number in the wou directory is 88853, which is
wrong.

I tried calling Dr. Hseih and I got a fax machine
or some other device. The WOU number belongs to
her monitor, we need the MACHINE's WOU number in
order to find the computer name in active
directory for remote desktop. We need to call
Jeanne Deane and get the proper contact info.
