it is working.  she restarted and it fixed the problem

called, left message.  I DameWared to her machine
and it is logged in.  I was wondering if she was
still having the problem and if so can she type
ANYTHING and is the keyboard plugged in (might it
have gotten knocked?)

She said that it lets her click in the username 
area but she cannot type anything. You can call 
or just go in she said. Thanks
