She said it was running fine today. I ran
Regcleaner just in case.

She is trying to shut down again right now and it 
has been stuck with the message, "Please wait 
running log off scripts" for 5 minutes now.  this 
is the machine she works on and it is slowing 
down her work though she acknowledged that she 
could use machines in TRC
