Tried everything. Finally I re-installed IE. Fixed
the problem.

She called back this morning to say that it is 
still not working.

her email wasn't working (currently being worked
on according to Troy) and she tried to access the
internet and recieved error that it needs to
close.  Restarted machine and still having problems.
