took a look, the address book would occasionally
timeout and come up blank, same with other
windows.  The folders list wasn't always listed
when viewing the inbox.  I cleared the cache and
saved pages, didn't help.  I loaded FireFox, still
had a problem there.  the network connection
seemed fine.I have no idea what is wrong, could it
be something with his account?  (I also gave him
admin rights since it is his machine now.  That
didn't help either)

he said that is the number on the tower's label
but we have it as a 17in. monitor.  Will have to
check it in person.  (I was going to try clearing
the cache...) - he is available: today 1130-1,
2-on.  tomorrow (14th): after 11am

When it lets him in, it will not allow hime to 
perform any tasks, switch from mail to calender, 
etc. When he can switch the page, when he goes 
back to his inbox it will say that it is empty. 
He said it seems pretty arbitrary as to what it 
does.
