He apparently put in this request a few weeks 
ago. while importing his contact list to Outlook 
he lost many of his contact info. During this, he 
was not able to synch his palm. He was 
told "until further notice, not to synch his 
palm." He has now been waiting "several weeks." 
He will be available until 5.
