it isn't the cartridge, I checked and the marks do
not show up before it hits the fuser.  I told her
it looked like the fuser needed to be replaced and
if there was anything further she needed to do we
would contact her.  This is the printer they use
for original documents (and official ones). So the
sooner the better would make them happy.

They just got new rollers and a couple new 
cartridges, but it is still making the same marks 
in the same locations on paper that is printed.
