He called back and said that the alternate 
calendar he was given to use is not working 
either. The original calendar is still not 
working. He said that when he clicks on the 
calendar, the format is different, the dates are 
there, but the info that he had put in previously 
is not.

He also mentioned that communication express is 
still behaving erratically for him when he tries 
to delete email or retrieve items from the 
address book. Doing one of these causes him to 
get booted out.
