I reopened this because she called back and said 
that the scoll wheel on her mouse itself will not 
work. 

Not every e-mail with an attachment does this. 
just every once in awhile. Ther eis no pattern, 
it is not any certain e-mail. Her mouse is also 
not working properly. It drags slow and she 
thinks it is just old. She has tried to clean it 
but it still is not working well. She would like 
either a new mouse, or it repaired she said.
