The email is in the "created SR" folder for the 
helpdesk email.

A message keeps coming up every time I open 
Outlook. I haven't always had to do this. Can 
someone tell me how to get rid of it? A 
screenprint of the message is attached.

The message says "choose profile" at the top, 
then, below, says "Sun Java", but it looks like 
there is an option to pick something else.
