I cleaned her mouse.  when I took the roller 
ball out a bunch of dust, dirt, pencil shavings 
and other stuff fell out of the ball well.  I 
cleaned off more stuff from the little window.  
she will call back if she continues to have a 
problem.

The main example she gave me was she would click 
on one thing (email, document...) then click on 
another and it will open everything in between. 
She has not tried to open too many things because 
of this problem.
